ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
At AKCREATIONS, all products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
This policy applies to all customized items, including but not limited to:
- Personalized tumblers and drinkware
- Custom engraved or printed designs
- Made-to-order gifts and accessories
Why we have this policy: Custom orders are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold or restocked. Because of this, all sales are final.
Exceptions: We will only offer a replacement or store credit in the event that:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item due to our error
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at [your contact email].
Order Accuracy: Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (misspellings, incorrect colors, wrong sizes, etc.).
